Return any book within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it meets the return conditions. NOLA Rarities stands behind the quality and authenticity of every book sold.
Return Process
Contact
Within 30 daysUse the contact form and choose Returns & Exchanges within 30 days of receipt.
Get Authorization
1-2 business daysA Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions will be provided.
Package Securely
Same dayUse original packaging if possible. Include RA number and reason for return.
Ship Back
3-7 business daysReturn instructions and, for approved domestic returns, shipping details are provided when the RA number is issued. International customers typically pay return shipping.
Processing
3-5 business daysThe book is inspected and the refund or exchange is processed.
Eligible for Return
- Book is in the same condition as when received
- Original packaging and materials are included
- Book has not been damaged or altered
- Return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Book was not a special order or custom item

- Books damaged by customer negligence
- Items returned after 30 days
- Custom orders or special requests
- Books with customer-applied bookplates or markings
- Items showing excessive wear from handling
Exchanges
When Exchanges Are Offered
- • Book received was damaged during shipping
- • Wrong book was sent due to a packing error
- • Book condition was significantly misrepresented
- • Authenticity issues discovered after purchase
Exchange Process
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. A replacement book will be sent once the returned item is received and inspected. If an exact replacement isn't available, a similar book or a full refund will be offered.
